An eating disorder recovery coach takes a goal-oriented approach to care, focusing on the 'here and now.' We will work on neural retraining, coping skills, self-care, body image, and more!
As a recovery coach, I will always practice within my scope of care and will work collaboratively with other members of your treatment team (dieticians, doctors, therapists, etc.).
Whether you are stepping down from a higher level of care or looking for extra support and accountability, a recovery coach can be a great resource!
Disclaimer: Eating disorder recovery coaches are not a replacement for therapy or higher levels of care. Eating disorders are complex and require a collaborative team of helping professionals.

I work with women who are 14+ years old and struggling with disordered eating, dieting, eating disorders, low self-esteem or poor body image.
Individuals under 14 years of age will be seen on a case-by-case basis.
A formal diagnosis of an eating disorder is NOT required.
For those who are struggling with an eating disorder, I work with individuals recovering from anorexia nervosa (AN), bulimia nervosa (BN), binge eating disorder (BED), other specified feeding and eating disorders (OSFED), and orthorexia.
Individuals struggling with avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) are seen on a case-by-case basis.

I am located in Parry Sound, Ontario, Canada.
I see clients virtually across Canada and the US (clients outside of these countries are seen on a case-by-case basis).
If you're located in Parry Sound or the surrounding area, I see clients in person through Thrive Health and Athletics Center.
