I'm so glad you're here. If you're reading this, you or someone you know is likely struggling with their relationship with food. Myabe you've been restricting, bingeing, purging, over-exercising, or using other behaviours to cope with what's going on in your life. Perhaps you feel stuck in a cycle of dieting.
